NexTrend is a fully redundant interactive system with typical inquiry to response time of a fraction of a second from anywhere in the world.

We receive all data feeds over dedicated networks, backed up by redundant networks, to redundant feed servers.

Exchange data is consolidated and delivered from our state-of-the art secure facility via high bandwidth direct internet feeds from three tier one carriers.

Database servers and communications servers are grouped into load sharing redundant networks.

All data is stored at ATC Analytics central data site and backed up daily. In addition all data is stored and backed up at an alternative location and is available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Failure of any single or multiple component results in automatic fail-over to another functioning on-line unit.

In the event of power failure, battery powered UPS systems backed up by a diesel powered generator seamlessly provide electrical power until utilities are fully restored.

• 56Kbps dial-up, DSL or Cable Modem connection to the Internet

Additional Information

NexTrend connects directly to the Internet backbone over alternately routed fiber optic circuits. Its system design eliminates the cluttered browser/server networking that often causes delays and interruption associated with Internet delivery and overcomes the problems experienced by other quote vendors on the Internet.

Internet connections at 56Kbps modem speeds are satisfactory but it is recommended to use cable or DSL connections when possible.

Dial-up service over an ordinary private telephone connection can be used, but it is recommended to not use call waiting features while accessing the service.

The ISP connection should be external to any central telephone equipment such as a PBX.

NexTrend is designed to operate on a wide variety of PCs and Laptops with Microsoft® Windows 2000,  XP or Vista operating systems. Microsoft® Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or higher) browser software is required for certain NexTrend applications.

It is also highly recommended that you check Microsoft Windows Update and microsoft.com Download Center to ensure that your system is up to date with the latest upgrades (and, for Windows NT users, the latest Service Pack).
